      <title>Major Issues.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;**This is a major issue for all Accounts Activated since the switch to EverSafe ID**Features are Missing**&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was just able to check a Friend Referrals Account that I did weeks ago, and it still doesn't have the 'Add Payment with Credit/Debit' option in Payment, or 'Account PIN' in my profile settings, and the account is now over a month old.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Their payment method needed to be updated and the bill was suspended, going into Payment there was no options at all to update card.. when I clicked Pay Now, it would bring me into the change Plan Section... no where to update Payment until I followed the Link &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/79275"&gt;@softech&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;provided in my other post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It Is now very clear, and I can confirm that any New Account made since the new Update to EverSafe ID is Missing 'Account PIN' and is set with a random one giving you no option to change it in My Profile Settings..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also Payment will not let you Add funds to your account anymore, or update your payment method if the bill is suspended.. the 'Manage Subscription' Button dissapears when you miss a Bill, and it was within there thay you update your Payment method, so how are you supposed to do anything? Call 611 to be asked for the PIN automatically set to our account to update Payment, yet we don't know that PIN and also can't update it??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/186792"&gt;@J_PM&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;these are features that need to be worked on and added for New Accounts. Please escalate this to the Developers to have these features added back..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
