Are the eSIMs now active when we are NOT in Canada/USA?

Only new subscriptions can receive an eSIM?

PM service is ONLY usable in Canada and the USA with either a roaming add-on or the plan which includes Canada and US services.

Yes, they are only available to new subscribers.

@NelaMD Yes only new activations can get eSIM . But I think you need to be in Canada to activate with the new PM app

PM only has service in Canada or US (with proper roaming) with physical or eSIM

for now, eSIM is for new activation only. We hope to see it available for existing subscribers very soon
