    <description>&lt;P&gt;i sent a message to CS Agent as instructed. i received a message back to send my phone # and PIN, which i found odd as the have all my info? been with Public for years np's. anyway&amp;nbsp; replied with my # and PIN and have heard nothing since.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
