Switching plan/subscription: Public Rewards or Public Points program?

I am a Public Mobile customer since 2017 and I was on the older Public Rewards program.

I am currently on the $40/month 15 GB 4G 30-day plan and I would like to switch to the current promotion of $39/month 20 GB 4G plan. If I do this, will I automatically be enrolled into the Public Points program or will I still need to opt in from my existing Public Rewards program?

No worries. You can switch to any plan. It will not automatically switch you to the Points rewards program. You will need to separately manually switch (not recommended - stay with old rewards program).

Hi,

If I already mindlessly switched to Public reward program, can I cut down my lost to switch my $25 plan to $15 plan? Will I keep all my add-ons holiday gifts? Will I keep in Public reward program after I downgrade to $15 plan?

Be careful to check more ...more...more.. before to switch. Because, no one can join the OLD publice Rewards program. May be this is a trap
