I have been trying to find my account number with zero success. I need gain access quickly. I'm answering all the questions but keep going in circles. Please help!

@Kostantinos It in your my account . Profile page you will find it there . Or you can ask support to get it for you . If you can’t log in and just need it to port out your number

Hi @Kostantinos

If you're able to log into your account via your computer, log in and go to Profile. You'll see your account on the right side. You may have to click on the "eye" and enter password to see it. EDIT: Just hover your mouse over the eye and a window will pop up with your account number.

If you're able to access your account via your phone app, open it up, wait till it loads and you'll see a little + symbol towards the left bottom about the My Account icon. Click on the plus symbol and go to profile. Scroll down and you'll see your account number. Once again you may require to click on the "eye' and enter your password.

You can’t get your account number by asking on Chat. PM is an online self-serve format so everything is all in your account.

Just login to your account and look in your Profile section.

@Kostantinos - are you trying to port out? What other reason would one want their account number...

Your account number can also be found in the activation email you received when you activated with Public. It would be found in the TO line of the email.
