      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was double charged on my last monthly payment and I had raised a ticket. I was told that they will investigate. Its been a week now and haven't heard anything afterwards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any other way to escalate this ?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was double charged as well last month. I was double charged last year as well. I'm thinking of submitting a complaint to the CCTS as this seems to be a reoccurring event that is happening more frequently than it should be.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
