Missing Loyalty Points

Hi, I just noticed that under Rewards my Loyalty credit that is normally $5 per month is missing when I review what rewards I’m supposed to receive. In fact it shows “Loyalty Pays” of $0

any change you migrated to the new Public Points rewards system? If you login My Account, click Rewards page on the side and the click to access My Rewards portal, do you see rewards showkng in $. value or points? If showing in points, you have migrated to the new point system

If showing in $. value, then it is an issue why Loyalty rewards is showing $0. Message support and have them to further investigate

@MikeNo Ignore it. Any time the reward site is down and can't display the rewrard amount, it shows $0.

But i guess it was a short hiccup, I just checked now and it showing current loyalty rewards.
