Paying for service but not getting it

I'm in the U.S. I've paid for an additional 15 days so that I can use PublicMobile outside Canada.

Though I paid for cell+text+data, it seems I'm only getting the first two, and not the 3rd. Thoughts?

Did you turn on roaming data? And of course cell data itself? Is your phone set to LTE or 4G? Or is it maybe set to 2G GSM?

Adding - Which add-on had you bought before this?

Did you pay $30 for the add-on? Then as @dust2dust mentioned, make sure data roaming is enabled in the network settings on your phone.

@Ashevi11e - how long ago did you purchase the 15 day addon? If you purchased the below one, did it work at first and maybe you used up the 3G already?

Addons only work on ACTIVE plans. Is your plan active? I know you said calling and texting work, note incoming texts should work even without a Roaming addon in USA. So calling in and out, in fact, do work?
