    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/38845"&gt;@erin817&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you port your old number over from Chatr?&amp;nbsp; If yes, was the Chatr account still active at the time of the transfer?&amp;nbsp; If not, a transfer(port) is not possible.&amp;nbsp; If the Chatr account was(and still is active), then you should be able to use your old Chatr sim card to see if the number is still working on Chatr.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either way, you will need to send a private message to the moderator group, including your account information.&amp;nbsp; They will be able to get things fixed up for you.&amp;nbsp; However, they won't be back on-line until the morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Information regarding the moderator team can be found by following &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Updated-Contacting-our-Community-Moderators/ta-p/76452/show-comments/true" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;Click &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to send them a private message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used chatr before and switch to pm several days ago. I can use my data, but I&amp;nbsp;am not able to&amp;nbsp;receive any phone call and messages( except imessages), and i can't sent any messages either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My plan is:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pick &amp;amp; Pay&lt;BR /&gt;This plan includes: -&lt;BR /&gt;- 3 Choices with Provincial Talk&lt;BR /&gt;- 3GB at 3G Speed /90 Days&lt;BR /&gt;- Unlimited International Text&lt;BR /&gt;- Unlimited Provincial Talk&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Definatly sounds like failed port. You need to send mods your chatr account number and name as on account.&amp;nbsp; I had to call chatr to get my moms account number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
