      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to activate my SIM card and I keep getting error code XXX on desktop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The App won't even login.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah, that's kind of not a solution for me at the moment. I've been trying for over an hour, gone ignognito, etc. I've opened a ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I canceled my subscription to FIDO and currently have no phone (this is my work phone). I'm really not happy because I have no service.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public already took months to send me a SIM card, I had to open a ticket regarding this to. I'm debating just leaving before even starting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
