      <description>&lt;P&gt;July 14 1 gig of data was purchased the next day the account rolled over for another period&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There should have been 2 gigs of data to start the July 15 cycle&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the account shows .5 of a gig used (data usage shows 100.98 Mb used)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;account should show 1899.04 left&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/307983"&gt;@Flojopeters&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the usage you see on Overview page is live updated usage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Usage log you see is around 12 hours behind as the usage log cannot constantly being updated. it only updates twice a day.&amp;nbsp; So, if you turn off data now till tomorrow morning, you should see usage log added to 500 Mb tomorrow, matching what you see on Overview page&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you click that spinner icon to the right shown in the image earlier?&lt;BR /&gt;So you have plan data the renews each payment. Maybe you ran out. So you seem to have bought an add-on. What are the chances it also ran out? When add-on data runs out then it disappears. Then your plan renews. You see the counter reset on the left. If that data add-on stayed around then the days will continue to count down. It could count down before you might want to use it again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you see the purchase shown in your payment history from here? Or do you show at least $15 in your balance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
