I haven't signed into community since the website updated.. there appeared no way for me to use my 'old' community nickname to login so i had to choose another one and 'register' .. does that mean all community points and messages i sent to support are lost because I can't access the old nickname? I guess it doesn't matter too much but a bit annoying

No worry, the Community id issue happens to some members too, it is now an easy fix with PM support, you just need to engage them via private message on your current account (lovelyrachel_1) and maybe you will get your old name back by the end of today.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
