To whom this may concern,

I am reaching out in hopes of obtaining something called a PUK code, I let my nephew use my phone to play games and he was in the settings and I guess locked my sim card? It's asking me for a puk code.

what was the exact error message? if you are sure it is a SIM card PUK it is looking for message support for help
