      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a text saying that my account has been placed on hold due to unresolved payment issue but bill paid already? I have auto payments set up and my payment already went thru and they gave me my points for paying and my account seems to be working? Should I ignore this? Just worried BC I don't want it to suddenly stop working...... Please help thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
