what message you are not getting from PM? 2FA?

check if you have any numbers set to blocked,maybe that is the reason

easiest way to confirm not a block on the device is to use your sim card and test it on a friend's phone.

SMS messages? Emails? Do you get SMS messages from anywhere else? Emails from anywhere else? Do you mean from other Public customers? Android or iphone? Did you recently sign up?

If you are talking about the payment text from PM, PM has stopped sending those message for couple months

But can you receive the 2FA text when you login My Account?

and for message you cannot receive from "some no." , are those friend's message? or system message?

and you have been using PM for sometime? or just joined

Are you using iPhone or Android.

If Android, try to clear cache and text. Also, you can download Google Message, set it as the default message app and see if it helps

Last but not least, check if you are blocking any of those numbers. Could be just a block you accidentally setup
