    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/39908"&gt;@hairbag1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; most the time they just put the money back to the account unless it is a true system problem caused the overcharged&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;possibly they can do that , but I know they are less flexible with Change plan.&amp;nbsp; Let's hope OP on the lucky side&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
