      <description>&lt;P&gt;It doesn't help you at the moment but try using a password manager like Lastpass&amp;nbsp;and have no more forgotten passwords. My passwords are always 10-20 characters long and 99% I don't even know what they are but haven't ever had a problem getting into an account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am not sure why backend errors/issues that no one complains about are given so much attention.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe you can mention that to the powers that be, since they don't seem to pay attention to us users. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then there is no writing for a password reset or anything.&amp;nbsp; I temporarily perminant solution while the investigate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mind you it took them over a month to remove the extra gig text from the activation,unless it is still there,&amp;nbsp; plan descriptions on the official KB still talk about 10 day plans. I guess they are waiting on approvals from the marketing guys for the text changes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
