Also can you try SIM card ins another phone see if services work .       <description>&lt;P&gt;I did all that you suggested. Phone now on 4 lite. But now the phone (iPhone 13) is barely able to upload or download. Speed extremely slow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
