      <title>Calling 611 &gt; IVR.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there any specific reason why 611 takes like 3 tries before actually giving sound and volume?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll call and it will just be dead silent the first 2 times, usually the third time you can hear the Automated System finally talk..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's not just me, I had another Referral also reach out recently and ask why it took so many times of calling to get 611 to finally work with Volume..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot_20230720_235906_Messages.jpg" style="width: 1080px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/86457i4D0634E087B5B463/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot_20230720_235906_Messages.jpg" alt="Screenshot_20230720_235906_Messages.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I too have that issue, it has been a system issue for a long time now, they simply never fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/302017"&gt;@Priority&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For me, I am mostly ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;successful rate can be like 80%, so maybe 1 out of 5 I got the issue, the rest are good.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So, even I got the no sound thing, I hang up, dial a 2nd time and connect no issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
