I've had data removed from my account. I had 2gb, now I only have 1gb

Click on all the little spinner refresh icons you see lower down. Or login using incognito mode to make sure you're seeing up to date info. It doesn't seem at all likely that the plan has been changed.

If you're on the $25 plan, it only ever included 1GB. You may have had one-time Christmas 2GB bonuses (or several, depending how long you've been with PM). Or possibly there was a temp sign up bonus, but nothing permanent on that plan. Please confirm your plan details though.

Not sure what your talking about. Thos whole site has been changed and it's slow as hell and not very user friendly in my opinion.

I finally got to look at my account and its telling me I only have 1gb....I had 2 up to a couple months ago.

I couldn't agree more. It's awfully slow. How long have you been here? Was there ever a 2gb plan? Maybe ages ago. How much have you always been paying?

Adding - well..Public hasn't existed for 20 years so.... 🙂

HI @dougie2 PM has been honouring grandfathered plan and i dont think they will just change your data

you have been here long, so, not the bonus data from activation

I would submit a ticket with support and ask them to check if anything was changed
