      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/307291"&gt;@Eason&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see you are on LTE.&amp;nbsp; But even you are on 4G plan, you can try the 5G network (every PM subscribers can access 3G/4G/5G networks, just the speed will be capped accordingly).&amp;nbsp; So, try select 5G Auto on your Network mode and see if it improves&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Speed is dependent on the plan. If you're on a 3G speed plan then you will get that 3megs speed. If you're on a 4G speed plan then yes you should see upwards to 100 megs. If on a 5G speed plan then what is it 250 megs.&lt;BR /&gt;Then, if you have recently changed the plan speed then that usually takes a couple days to be noticed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
