Not receiving emails to reset my password

My password does not work so I have asked for new password several times but am never receiving the emails. I have now been locked out of the account.

You have to contact mod it's broken and will never come.

Thanks. Searched everywhere how to contact moderators without being able to login to my account. How do I contact them?
