      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I recently helped a friend to public mobile, we have activated the SIM, credit card debited with subscription but their is no Network on the phone (only SOS), we couldn't get SMS code for final activation, done all trouble shootings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
