I order a sim card one and a half week ago and didn't receive my parcel. Can you please tell hot to track it or get it?

I don't know if it still works as a method but if you got an order number then you can go to CanadaPost and use that order number and then it will ask for a corresponding postal code and maybe it will show you some information. I'd be interested to hear your results if it is still a method.

SIM delivery is 5-10 business days.

If you have tracking number check with Canada Post. But I believe they are sent in an envelope without any tracking (cost more!). If you do not get it at the end on month, contact agent for replacement.

It could take up to 3 weeks to arrive. SIM shipped by regular mail so no tracking.
