I moved from Nova Scotia to Alberta on July 1st but my tax on billing is still 15%. I di change my address in my account settings

@Maggie_Adams PM charged tax based on your phone number's area code, you have to either change to an AB phone number or you can buy vouchers locally and load voucher using *611 to save the tax

You need to change your number to an Alberta area code to reduce the taxes on your account. Just login to your account and go to the Profile section and click on the pencils icon next to your current number and select an available number with the Alberta area code.

You can change your number 4 times/month.

Changing address will NOT change your tax.

Tax is based on your phone number so you can be in one province with 15% tax but have number from another province where tax is less. It might be inconvenient to give away such number to anybody but if you are to save few bucks it is doable.
