      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting a circuit bus, error message or the call just drops.&amp;nbsp; is this normal.&amp;nbsp; I have never experienced this before when calling a carrier to check balance or do self serve.&amp;nbsp; I am calling from an hour north of Toronto, ON if that makes a difference.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Can't Login past Dashboard</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't seem to login past my dashboard, I get A1 forbidden.&amp;nbsp; I am unable to self serve&amp;nbsp; pay my account or have any type of access.&amp;nbsp; My account lapsed 3 days ago apparently although I believed it to have sufficient funds and or points.&amp;nbsp; Either way I can not access it to check a balance or make payment and on both my phones, no 611 either.&amp;nbsp; Is there a system wide issue and I am just having bad timing?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I reach humans at this Public place or do a service ticket?&amp;nbsp; I am a grandma, and not tech savvy... my apologies :^(&lt;/P&gt;</description>
