      <title>Activation problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any plan I select gives out an error message &amp;amp; under every plan in the details section of the plan. On the very bottom, it says "for Quebec Use Only.". but I'm from BC. Without proceeding with activation, I cannot log in to the account. It is almost 1 month from when it started.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
