      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some vendors have an inexplicable delay in the vouchers becoming usable. Presumably they "settle" their pinpads or whatever overnight or something. Also, you only get a couple chances per hour. Wait another hour and try.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are preferred voucher vendors that are immediate. There are also online options that are immediate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So yes if you were making multiple attempts then just wait the hour and be careful on typing it in and maybe it will work. I think it has been found that the multiple attempts counts for both 611 and the account. Not certain.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
