what's the prob that you need addressed ? Phone issue or account issue ?

added...give it a few hours before panicking. It's Sunday...you might not hear back until tomorrow. Watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they do respond.

added later...while you wait for CSA, what's the nature of your prob...maybe one of the Community genius's here can assist before CSA can help. If it's an account related prob, then only a CSA can help...all other issues are fair game for the Forum members to assist.

@GraceSantiago It’s usually pretty quick . That said I however I’m still been waiting over 22 hours for my last ticket submission

the wait sometimes extends to several hours or even a couple of days. .Just think of it as calling a call centre when they put you on hold waiting until you get fed up and hang up. In this case you will at least get a written response sooner or later.
