      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/38660"&gt;@Renée&lt;/a&gt;!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome abaord&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you transfer your number from another carrier?&amp;nbsp; If yes, it usually takes around half hour upto couple of hours before the incoming calls and texts start working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot your phone and test again.&amp;nbsp; You should also receive a confirmation sms when the number port is complete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
