      <title>Same verification number on 2 accounts.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have A Telus cell and 2 Public Mobility cells. One for my husband and the other fur my sister in a care home. I manage both accounts. &amp;nbsp; Until this new security fiasco, I was able to have my Telus cell as the contact/verification number. Now it will only allow it on one number. Is there a way if changing this? &amp;nbsp;As she is on another town it makes it difficult out and she is not able to manage it herself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/306016"&gt;@Kalli&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Have you login to My Account since EverSafe was introduced?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you have already created an EverSafe id&lt;/STRONG&gt;, you can ask the code to send to email instead&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Resend code&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and then choose&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Send email&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="E_ResendCode_Watermarked.jpg" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/80639i120AFB96093FD2EC/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="E_ResendCode_Watermarked.jpg" alt="E_ResendCode_Watermarked.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you have not&amp;nbsp;created an EverSafe id yet&lt;/STRONG&gt;,&amp;nbsp; you won't be able complete the part to link your My Account with the EverSafe ID, that needs a working phone with a working PM sim using SMS.&amp;nbsp; (Sending the code to email would not be a choice until&amp;nbsp; EverSafe id is fully setup)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Reset your password to self service account. Once reset, sign in again with new password. Might be able to receive 2FA via email instead to gain access.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(!!!You will need to click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Resend Code&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and then&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Send email&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;to trigger the 2FA to email)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Potential workaround (for some):&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;If you don't have access to SMS OTP, try entering an incorrect OTP code 4 times. Enter your phone number in the 2fa verification under the Profile section of their My Accounts Under &lt;STRONG&gt;Manage EverSafe ID&lt;/STRONG&gt;. This way at least you will get their verification on your device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;EDIT, unless you meant you cannot enter your number in BOTH their accounts?       <description>&lt;P&gt;The Resend worked as then I could use my email. &amp;nbsp;It’s a workaround I can live with.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have created an eversafe id, that’s a whole ‘nuther issue. It seems I have to re register each time as it says my name was already used, so I re register with a different spelling each time, then ask them to merge them into one account. Hoping they’ve worked that big out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you for you help. Appreciated! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
