      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/300319"&gt;@davescaning&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if mobile data is completely toggled off, the only way it could be being used is if you have data assist set such that data kicks in when your Wi-Fi signal is weak.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you may also want to make sure that you turn off background processes on apps when you are using data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise they consume a little when data is on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Just need your wifi on . And if you have wifi assist on . Turn it off . When I’m at home in wifi and go to my garage my phone will actually use phone data because I’m to far from wifi . And that because of wifi assist&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
