Would like to combine two logins/accounts into one. Is this possible, and if so, how?

Sorry, but there's no option. Each phone number needs to remain in a sepearte account,.

While it is true each phone number must have its own separate login credentials/account, you can use the same payment card to pay on multiple accounts, so long as you don't have more than two accounts renewing on the same day so it won't trigger a card alert.
