      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone was blocked by Bell awhile ago (reported stollen and found). It now works with a Bell sim but shows SOS with Public Mobile Sim. How do I get Public Mobile to sync up and unblock the IMEI? Ok&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/305694"&gt;@BigAndrew&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it should be asking you a code instead of SOS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check if your phone is blacklisted first&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;if it is clean, test with a Bell sim again if possible&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;and you likely need to ask Bell for a carrier unlock code&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bell unblocked just over an hour ago and works with a Bell sim. &amp;nbsp;I checked the site you sent and it still shows lost or stolen&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas? Does this process take awhile?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
