Number Ported but Phone still using assigned number

We ported over 4 accounts yesterday and 3 of them went fairly easily.

The fourth is having an issue. The number was ported, the PM account profile shows the ported number, but the iphone will not switch back to the ported number.

Help please!

put the old sim back in that phone and when it stops working...then install the new PM sim.
