The only fly in that ointment is that PM has a short list of eligible phones for esim usage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to sign up with PM a year ago, the online ordered SIM card never arrived so I remained with BELL. 10 days ago I tried PM ago, my sign up got attached to the SIM card lost a year ago. I thought I was gettinf an eSIM. I ordered another SIM onlin, not here yet and am wanting to track it. Getting plenty frustrating. I have no phone or text service for past 10 days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/303590"&gt;@Sdale&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the esim solution depends on your phone.&amp;nbsp; Most eSIM compatible phones can be used on PM.&amp;nbsp; What kind of phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you rather physical sim card, a better option would be to get sim card from Amazon instead.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And yes, if you tried activation before, your email could still tied to the wrong account.&amp;nbsp; It is best to activate with a different email address, or you will need support to clear that up for you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
