Message them again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And was that an eSIM activation? if so, try to click Reset all Networks and see if it helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is a physical sim activation, try to put the sim in another phone to test&lt;/P&gt;</description>
