It really seems that this first line of support is very limited in what they can do and what they know. So they just fob customers off to some internal tech department. Then the customer waits. I have had conversations with those people, so they exist.&lt;BR /&gt;In Telus world though, I'm still waiting for some kind of response, twice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They always respond that they have escalated my case to their IT &amp;nbsp;engineers but again no response or fix. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
