    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/302017"&gt;@Priority&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The "trusted device" does not work well for iPhone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you are on Android (actually, even iPhone), check the settings on your default browser.&amp;nbsp; The app uses the default browser to go through EverSafe.&amp;nbsp; Make sure the settings "clear cache on exit" is not enabled. And make sure you don't use those browser that use Incognito mode by default (like DuckDuckGo)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And from experience, even trusted device work, the site has minor updates often and you will have to use 2FA like once a week anyway&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the issue with 'Remember this Device' on EverSafe ID. No matter how many times I tap remember, it always still sends the code and always forgets me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's frustrating as I used to have 2FA turned off, and even when I try remembering my Device, it never does.. what's even the point?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've had to send up to 20+ codes per day sometimes as it never remembers my device..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="SmartSelect_20230713_210847_Gmail.jpg" style="width: 978px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/85466iC047D8D43BB2A77E/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="SmartSelect_20230713_210847_Gmail.jpg" alt="SmartSelect_20230713_210847_Gmail.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
