Power off, pull it out and wipe it clear.&amp;nbsp; Then put it back in and power up again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if possible, put the sim in another phone as well to test&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
