Reset Password Links: not getting any

For more than 4 days now, I was trying to reset my Password to get access to my account but not getting any link at all. (Don't tell me to look in Spam!)

Resettiing a password is an automatic process, how can Public Mobile not fix it?

Sorry to hear your having an issue. The password reset button function has not been working correctly for sometime now. In order to have your password reset you will need the assistance of the moderators. Use this link: @CS_Agent, click the private message button down the page, provide them with your name, account number and a brief explanation of your issue and they will be able to manually reset your password for you.

Hi, I've been trying to reset my password, but after adding my username and answering the secuity question, I'm not getting a link to my email to reset the password. Tried multiple times. Please assist.

I don't know how the Oracles can keep doing this.

I get not having luck searching. Maybe not the best search terms. Maybe not wanting to wade through a million results and giving up.

The easiest way would be to not forget your password in the first place. Or use a password manager.

I'm quite new here so I'm no expert like the Oracles but it seems that it shouldn't take any more than 2 business days to get a reply. It would be discouraging not to get a reply in that timeframe. You're one day in so far.

It's unfortunate that the standard, normal, every other site, automated password reset function isn't working. And that it's been a while.

I don't understand how you think it's complicated though. Understand that this is a budget service. It's not like there's a call centre waiting in the Phillipines or somewhere to answer password reset questions and hand-holding how to insert a SIM or something. And the low-cost enthusiasts like it that way.

If you're active on any other fora then you ought to be able to figure out the workings of the private messaging function.

If this is your first workings with a forum then sure some things can be a little complicated. But if you don't need hand-holding then this is the place.
