@BarbT , eSIM is currently only available for new Customers during signup. With all the issues that new Customers here have right now with it we’re lucky that we can’t get it yet. I recently purchased the iPhone 14 Pro to replace my iPhone 6s after 7 years! Waiting for eSIM also for mine.

@BarbT not at the moment.

eSIM is only available for new activation only and not for existing customers. But eSim will come for everyone soon. So hold tight and hope we can see eSIM for existing customers in a month or two

If your iPhone 14 is a Canadian version. I would suggest you use the SIM and use the eSIM while you are travelling abroad.

Meanwhile, eSIM is only available for new members and not yet for existing members so you can’t switch over to an eSIM.
