      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/305376"&gt;@PoprocksCk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I presume you tried rebooting your device, resetting network connections, and toggling airplane mode on and off?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also try putting the SIM card in another device to see if it can connect to public mobile service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a PC APP Developer and was activating &amp;amp; porting via PC &amp;amp; the Mobile APP and had to restart my browser to purge cache and restart mobile devices after each step especially when swapping Sims in &amp;amp; out. While doing any port or activation also make sure you write down logins and passwords in case you need to reboot devices and relog in. I do several per week so purging cache is required going between client logins on the same devices. Public mobile has device security which could require 6 digits entries from Sim or Email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same issue. Bought the $10 sim and $39 plan. It won't let me sign into my account through the app, website, diff browsers. I've cleared my cache/cookies and still nothing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Still having the problem as well. I also tried on the "app" (it just loads a Chrome instance... yay for more unnecessary crap on my phone), and it doesn't even let me log in, giving me the error message: "Something went wrong. Please try again."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seriously broken infrastructure here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
