      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently signed up for Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; I paid $39.55 on my Visa ($25 for the first month, $10 for the sim card, plust tax).&amp;nbsp; I recently received the sim card and was trying to activate it on my phone.&amp;nbsp; I downloaded the Public Mobile app on my phone ], logged in but now i am being put through the entire process on selecting a subscription.&amp;nbsp; Didn't I already do that?&amp;nbsp; I simply want to get activate this new sim card that was sent to me and get a new phone number.&amp;nbsp; What are the steps that I need to do that?&amp;nbsp; thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am stuck a Step 1 "Select a Subscription".&amp;nbsp; I thought that is what I did when I paid the $25 plus the $10 to get the sim card.&amp;nbsp; The only instructions with the sim card was to download the Public Mobile app, which I did.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
