    <description>&lt;P&gt;I screwed up my number transfer and it had to be re-requested.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was very impressed. I needed the number transfer re-requested and the CS Agent confirmed my info and got the transfer request re-issued. H explained everything very clearly and kept me informed through the private messages. I thought it was going to be a headache but it was all seamless and all online.&amp;nbsp; I did not have to call in and be on hold and it all was completed within a few message exchanges and then 45 mins for transfer to complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good work Public Mobile!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was Luis.&amp;nbsp; All messages were very clear, I understood his instructions very well. He informed me on what was the exact procedure, what to expect and the timing.&amp;nbsp; And when I finally got transferred over he went and rechecked the request and confirmed it was marked completed by my old provider. Solid work!&amp;nbsp; And yes I filled out the feedback link that was sent to me. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
