      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey everyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've never had any issues, but today I woke up and I'm unable make a call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Originally figured it was an issue with forgetting to update my visa debit information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Payments are up to date - asked my husband if his account works; when he tried to call he received a message that he needs an international phone plan to call LOL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas on how to fix this issue. Unfortunately I have not had any international travel,but I need to use my phone!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!       <description>&lt;P&gt;Log in into your account and confirm account is Active.&lt;BR /&gt;If not, it might be suspended due to no payment. Then pay the bill and reactivate services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes you need to add '1' in front of area code even though area code is local or Canada wide.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
