      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/305154"&gt;@Temmy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is your app store set as US or other country?&amp;nbsp; The regional check, which is common for many mobile carrier apps, is set based on the app store region setting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can either change it back to Canada or sideload it if you are using Android.&amp;nbsp; An alternative way is to use another phone ( maybe from another friend) with app store set to Canada , to temporary install the app and complete the activation. You don't need the app anymore after activation&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. I confirm that the region is set to Canada, and I use an Iphone. I'm done with this silly set-up idea from Public Mobile, it makes no sense. My best bet now will be to use a friend's phone for the set up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
