      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been reading the past posts on resetting or even finding your pin password for your account and when I go on the APP under Account Security Info (as suggested) I only see Voicemail Password - no PIN Password. I have also tried on the website and I only see Voicemail Password as well .&amp;nbsp; I must say this website is not very well organized for users- it is hard to find My Account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How long have you been here? I have read of that option not being available. Maybe they removed it for new sign ups. The substantial problem with that is that then they can't use the 611 service for anything other than basic info.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try with just phone wifi off maybe . That or this another question for support&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
