Hello,

I am not able to send text messages and keep getting a "public mobile, error 2". I am also having troubles receiving messages. Some messages come through but not all. I restarted my phone but it is still happening.

@KrystaC PM/Telus had a service issue with VoLTE affecting voice and text yesterday, but issue should have been resolved by now

Please try reboot the phone once.

if issue persists, try changing the network mode to 3G only and see if it helps

I had some issues with text earlier today, too. Reboot not help, but waited another 30 mins and now is working

try reboot your phone once again

and you had voice problem? or text?

change the network to 3G and test again
