Hi There

i ported my number out of Public Mobile. My account was on Auto Pay. I cannot login anymore as my account is disabled. How should I remove autopay as I am worried that account might be charged again next month.

thanks

Once you port out the account is closed, it is deleted at dome time in the future.

I do not think you can do anything re your account anymore.

Mostly likely everything will be fine. To be on the safe side, just keep an eye on your credit card account around what would have been your next renewal date. If a charge shows up on that date, then contact the Moderators to have them reverse it.

Hello!

Just like porting from another carrier into PM, once the port completes the old carrier plan will be closed. So it should be good to go. Good luck, until we see you again.
